Noctua NF-A6x25 FLX – Retro & Gaming

I don’t like loud noises. Especially fan noise annoy me. I saw a video of Domedagspoeten replacing the fan with a Noctua NF-A6x25 FLX. I thought I want to do this too.

At last I bought one and wanted to install it in my Commodore 128D.

Thanks to Domesdagpoeten I know I had to buy this NF-A6x25 FLX 🙂

It was not that easy. I have the first C128D without the metal case. I think Domedagspoeten had the metal version and replaced the fan easily. I had to remove the PSU to replace the fan.

It worked! I like the noise level now:
