GOTEK is known for their Floppy Emulator solution. It’s a floppy disk drive solution where you can use an USB stick with images of disks. Works fine! Less bad sectors 🙂
I use an internal GOTEK in my Amiga 2000. I have also an external one for use with my other Amiga’s like the Amiga 1000, Amiga 2000A, Amiga 2500/020 and Amiga 4000/040.
I use the Flash Floppy firmware.
